Kristi Dental Assistant Kristi graduated from Center Grove High School and is attending college at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. She is obtaining a degree in dental hygiene. She is also a very valuable employee at Stones Crossing Dentistry because she is a dental assistant as well as a business assistant. Kristi is always available to answer a wide variety of questions from dental procedures to insurance biling. |

Katie Dental Assistant Katie graduated from Perry Meridian High School. Katie is married with two children. She was new to the dental field when she joined Stones Crossing Dentistry. As a new patient she will be one of the first people you meet. As a hygiene coordinator, she works with the other hygienists, front office staff and Dr. Wilkins to manage treatment. Katie enjoys working with the advanced technology because it helps patients have a better understanding of proposed treatment. | ||

Ashlie Expanded Duties Dental Assistant Ashlie graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry and has been a dental assistant since 2002. She immediately joined Stones Crossing Dentistry and has been with the practice since its founding. She also has education in expanded functions. Ashlie enjoys working with the advanced technology because it helps patients have a better understanding of proposed treatment. She is trained to perform the in office teeth whitening procedure, which can only be performed by a trained dental professional, and can be completed in about an hour in the office. Ashlie enjoys giving patients the whiter smile they have always wanted.

Julie Expanded Duties Dental Assistant Julie graduated from Plainfield High School in 1998 and continued her education at Professional Carriers Institute, graduating in 2003 with a certificate in dental assisting. She has since been trained as an expanded duties assistant and has worked with Dr. Wilkins since her graduation. She sees the advantages of the considerable technology that Stones Crossing Dentistry offers, including digital X-rays, digital charting and same day CEREC crowns. A CAD/CAM machine mills crowns in the office, which is more convenient for the patient because the crown is completed in one visit, and no temporary is needed. Julie and her husband, Jon, have 2 children, Logan and Braden.

Crystal Dental Hygienist Crystal earned her dental hygiene degree at Trident Technical College in Charleston, South Carolina, where she graduated with honors in 2001. She worked in Smyrna, Tennessee, for one year before moving back home to Indiana. Crystal has worked with Dr. Wilkins since he started Stones Crossing Dentistry in 2002. She has a wonderful son named Jonathon who attends school in Martinsville.

Pamela Dental Hygienist Pamela has been working as a dental assistant since 1992 after graduating from Aristotle College. To further her education, she graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry’s expanded duties dental assisting program and later also graduated from the dental hygiene program. | ||

Nikki Office Manager Nikki graduated from Indian Creek High School, then from Indiana University-Purdue University Columbus for business. She has been in the field of dental health administration since 2000, and, in May of 2005, she joined the Stones Crossing Dentistry team to continue her career. She is one of the first people you will speak with. Nikki answers your phone calls, schedules appointments and responds to questions concerning insurance or treatment. She also is in charge of patient financing and will help you have the smile you have always wanted. “I’m here for you, and will help make each visit as smooth as is possible."
